The Idea
I like to create an enchanting fantasy world in the way I see and feel them. I create each work with excitement and desire to immerse you in magic and experience an exciting journey along the road through a mysterious forest filled with fairy creatures, colorful imagine thing and unknown events. I find inspiration in nature and dream. I paint mostly with oil on canvas. I like the richness of the oil color and creamy texture.
I do not paint from photos or on location which will limited my view and imagination. I did draw, then I use the drawing as starting point to let my dream goes wild and hands go free.
The Process
Creating a painting is a long process. First, an idea burns and continuous to hunt the inquisitive brain of artist all the time. Then comes a long search for a solution to its transformation into the sketch. At last, the most laborious process of painting on canvas, which includes the selection of colors, creation of volumes and depth, rendering of details. Placing each brush stoke brings joy to me and I completely give myself to it. Each stage adds a drop of magic to the new world for me and you.
